Sent me faulty sling bags
Sent me faulty sling bags. They won’t update and have functionality issues. I tried to return them under the statutory 30 day returns policy in the U.K. and the ignored my request and updated my sales order to NON RETURNABLE. An utter disgrace! DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM DIVOOM. Currently using PayPal to aid my return.
