Oh my. I ordered some sheets in August. I was unable to.collect them as I contacted Covid. Despite frequent emails and phone calls from myself, I now have been sent an Arrears letter. It clearly states on my account that these items have been returned. Impossible to speak to a person,I've been on hold now for 25 minutes. Appalling
