Good communication pays dividends
It took some doing to get Growatt to respond, rather than just sending links to videos which are available on the internet and without them checking the problem, but when I finally managed to get an engineer to talk to me, Jack, he was absolutely excellent. I had a Datalogger issue and he was both patient and extremely helpful. If only Growatt would make it easier to SPEAK to someone like Jack, rather than them second guessing and sending links and emails, their customer service rating would be far higher.
