Love our quality boards, great custumer support, but some complaints
We love our H2OT boards which we have been riding for almost two years now. they really are of high quality. The only thing I would not recommend to do is: DO NOT RIDE IN WET CONDITIONS. When I drove my board through a puddle ONCE (2 months after I bought it) the motor wheels started squeeking the next day and have been squeeking ever since, it is getting worse over time and I will probably end up replacing them eventually. Don't trust reviews that say you can even ride it through mud. It's not true. TeamGee does their best to support their customers. I have ordered replacement parts three times for my H2OT board (cloudwheels, replacment switches, replacement circuit board). Each time they took about 2-3 weeks to be delivered (due to shipping from China). My only complaint is that TeamGee does not have the large batteries anymore. It would be great if they made them available again. Also, the H2OT boards are no longer available for sale. A pity !
