Truely terrible company.
Truely terrible company. Bought a DJI Air 2S and with care package and they have not included it - and are not doing anything to resolve. Bought a Smart Controller - took over a week to arrive and then didn't activate - refuse to exchange and instead say it needs to be repaired. Do not touch DJI - they are a corrupt company.
