They making me pay to return a broken item they sold to me to china
Unbelievable service and quality! I would suggest no one buy from this company. It's a gamble and to be honest dodgey! Unfortunately I bought an item that does not switch on. They made me send evidence of this by uploading proof on YouTube. I did this straight away! They offered me a part refund for the repair cost or to send the item back to china! Which will cost me a fortune! Customer service hasn't been great as no real solutions have been offered. It felt like I was speaking to a robot! Please try somewhere else this company is not worth the hassle. What a shame! I won't rest until I get my full refund including postage!
