Bad Customer Service
I have received an email saying a pair of lenses were out of stock, which is fine--they asked me to choose another pair. This was just fine since I understand that maybe there are mistakes on their website that are overlooked. But after an exchange of emails prompting me to change the contacts I have chosen (three times!) since ALL of them were out of stock, but were not listed as so on their website, I was left a little frustrated. But what was unacceptable was when I received a final email telling me that they will just give me a refund since I have not replied to their email in over two days. This made me really upset since I have replied to all their emails within a day or sooner, which they can see since the emails are in the same thread. So they blatantly lied to me when there was obvious proof and they did not let me choose another pair of lenses. This meant I had to pay for the shipping for only one pair of lenses when I initially planned on ordering two pairs to justify the cost of shipping.
