Mixed feelings.
I didn't recieve much help with my questions about my order until I posted a negative review about the site but, as soon as they noticed the review the help I got was more than good. They helped tracking half of my order and I was told the other half wasn't trackable due to the shippingmethod (information I wasn't given when placing the order). It took over a month before half the order arrived and over two months before the other half arrived aswell. However, the customer service was very nice and helpful and thanks to that I'm considering ordering from them again. The clothing items I got seems to be the same quality I'd get here in stores, the same for accessories. Had I gotten the information I got from customer service when placing my order I wouldn't have been as disapointed as I was.
