the delivery timeframe of giztop cannot be trusted
they quote 5-7 days TNT/DHL shipping on their website and they charge you a high express fee about 30 bucks for that. but when you order it they send it with the cheapest and slowest way worth 2.50 (what they charge in china like aliexpress or banggood) aliexpress or banggood quote 50 days delivery and ship free. not giztop: after MORE THAN ONE month it has not arrived yet. when you contact them on paypal they do not answer. even paypal sent me a message recommending that i should file a claim because they did not answer, which i finally did. if it will arrive after more than one month i will ask for the shipping fee of 30 bucks to be paid back. before you order there please make sure that they do not charge express fees and expect the order to arrive after 1-2 months instead of 5-7 days.

had a f1 which showed tee and google and chinese letters in the upper right corner after an update. it is a well known issue. no support . i sent it back and got my money back from paypal,
umidigi is a chinese company. china is a totalitarian dictatorship holding political prisoners in concentration camps. any samsung, apple or other phone can be reset. you can judge a company when they call a customer a criminal.
if they think a customer is a criminal they should file criminal charges, but they can't because they are liars.
just stay away from those liars. never buy a product from them. also other chinese companies got caught spying, lieing and therefore got banned from selling to usa and other countries. lenovo lost a lawsuit for spieing on customers and huawai is banned from google and from selling to many countries. umidigi should be included in this ban.
the good thing is that paypal is an american company and they came to the conclusion that the phone was not as described and told me that the seller HAD AGREED to pay me the money back if i send the phone back.
i hope umidigi will go out of business.
