Awful
I bought Umi before and their phones are total crap. Customer support is nonexistent and they seem to just pump out phones so people buy it and receive subpar devices. For example: I bought Umi Plus in 2015-16 and now its nowhere to be seen on the internet. Phone had battery problems and almost started burning. I still got my Umi Plus with melted charge port. And you know what Umi did? NOTHING. Most of these reviews here seem fake as many accounts have only 1 review and very bad english. Awful company that need to go under. I am writing this review just so people can see how awful they are.
