I was sent an ad to sign up for peacock. I did not know I already had peacock as part of my Directv package. I kept getting Email messages to activate my peacock account. I never did as I already had it but did not know it was from DirectV. I went on line and canceled my subscription. Now I want my money back. Guess what? Peacock is a den of thieves. First canceled my account on June 8th. They are still charging me until August 1. Second I have never activated the Peacock Subscription from Peacock. They have been charging me for years. I want my money back. Called customer service an got a guy not in USA who tried to get my bank account info and to access my computer. Buyer beware. Peacock appears to be a total rip off.
