Stubborn service, online check-in disabled, never again
Last week we booked a flight AMS - BKK. Good price, quick process. BUT........ in contrary to customer friendly agencies, farera attach their contact details to the bought ticket. This way you cannot add the flight to the app of the airways (OTP is obligatory but sent to farera.....). Therefor you have no possibility to online check in. Only check in at airport and HUGE chance you dont sit together as family with Kids. 0 acknowledgement of this issue and they dont want to change the details. They point to terms and conditions, but I have read these and nowhere in TC or during booking this strange contact details thing is mentioned. I use many agencies, but will never use farera again. Better pay a fee eur extra for another agency and have your contact details attached to YOUR paid ticket.
