Overall Positive
Love, Bonito was recommended to me by some friends. I've generally stuck to more neutral earthy colors in my wardrobe, but after trying a red dress from the brand (which received several compliments), I've become more open to incorporating colors into my outfits, and I can attest that their clothing really positively impact my mood. I also really like the styles and product quality. Sizing can be hit or miss (hence 1 star deducted). Sometimes the fit is spot on and VERY flattering, but other times it's a bit off. Thankfully returns have never been an issue, and I recently learned that their customer service team can provide sizing recommendations, which is helpful. In terms of delivery, it's not as fast as Amazon obviously (who is though?), but it's comparable to Zara, so I'd say it's reasonable. Overall, my experience with the company has been generally positive. The clothing is stylish, and the quality is good. I'll continue to shop with them, but I hope they'll work on improving sizing consistency in the future.
