TEACHERS BEWARE
As a teacher it is terrible. They promised 80% fill rate during peak times but I get 10-20% at best. So like other teachers have said it’s bait and switch and hire in bulk knowing most teachers will not get many classes Secondly they literally do not respond to any emails to their support team. Totally unprofessional. It’s obvious avoidance and no phone number to seek help. Sure I think their lessons are good and interactive but for teachers we are treated with no respect and the fines are ridiculous. Illegal in western countries. It’s free cash for them. If a student no shows we do not get paid. Brutal policy but I bet they keep the money. If student cancels 1-2 hours before no pay which is also brutal. And only 6 cancelled classes in 6 months is also terrible policy. Overall just a lack of respect for teachers but their lessons are good
