Paid the price but no goods
I paid for 2 cameras on the 22nd November 2016 for Christmas presents for my twin granddaughters, the money went out of my account but not heard another word. Still waiting for the camera's (now 10th Jan 2017). I have sent emails to sales2 but not had any response. I have bought quite a few items from newfrog in the past and never had any problems until now, but this one is terrible. The girls know their present has not arrived, I feel terrible and have to order some from elsewhere. I for one will never buy from newfrog ever again and will tell everyone I know about this awful lack of service and ignorance newfrog has paid me!
