Average Experience unlike eBay/AliExpress
Haven't purchased much from here as the item variety are not as extensive as eBay or AliExpress. Prices not as competitive too. With the few purchases I made, probably half of them arrived (reasonable time 3-4 weeks) while other times packages never showed up. I just filed a claim with Paypal which was promptly and efficiently processed by Paypal. Good thing we have Paypal to the rescue. All in all, my experience was just about average. Can't say much as I don't shop on Newfrog as often as with other online stores.
