items missing and cant get anyone to respond to problem
my last order was missing an instruction booklet and the remote control and I sent emails to Newfrog and left info on their site and they never responded at all. Then I went to Paypal about the missing items and Newfrog did respond and asked me to send them a picture of the problem???? How can I send a picture of a missing item? Now no more responses at all since then. they have some real problems to say the least!
