Getting Better
Before writing this review I looked over the previous reviews of this company. If I had read these before my orders I would not have ordered from them. I have order a few times and usually have had no problems except for long ship times which is probably a Canada Post problem with items coming from China. I didn't receive one item in the last month. It was more than two months since the order was placed. I e-mailed and told them of the lost item and they did get back to me in a few days. They said that it should have arrived and asked if I wanted my money back. I replied that would be OK, and a few days later my PayPal account was credited with the amount of the item. I did not have the problem most people have had, they did get back to me in reasonable time and credited me. From looking at previous reviews it seems that this company has recently tried to give better customer service, which I fortunately received. Because of this I will order from them again.
