Charged me for my order but never shipped and unresponsive
Charged me for my order but never shipped. Proven charged me for my order 1.5 months ago. Indicated they would ship the product 2 weeks after charge but never shipped the product. When I followed-up with the customer service team they indicated they would ship the product the following business day (nearly 4 weeks after charge, e.g. 2 weeks late). They have yet to ship the product 6 weeks later and have stopped replying to my emails. I now need to attempt a refund for my product through my credit card.
