Not a Valid Seller?
UPDATED: Eventually got the package and it seemed to be well packaged and well received. The biggest issue is lack of communication and having a customer support email that doesn’t work. But it wasn’t a scam! Placed an order, got a confirmation, and the charge is to a Chinese company. No further communication, and when I sent an inquiry to the email address provided everywhere on their website, it comes back as “not a valid email address.” I fear I may have been scammed and the gift I order will never be received.
