I made a mistake by processing my order before checking my text for the Grunt Style promotion. After placing the order, I saw the text and went to the Grunt website and found the customer service email and asked for them to reduce the price of my order by the promotional amount. This was Sunday. Monday morning I received an email confirming receipt of my email and that they will honor the promotion. No arguing, no refusal, just a quick response, “no problem”. Shortly afterward I received a corrected invoice with the adjusted amount.
