Expecting you to carry out something you haven't a clue about
I've been with UK2 now for 13 or so years. Not had many issue, but now and again get emails about them upgrading system, etc., and need me to action certain things. Unfortunately I'm not computer literate and all these abreviations DNS, IP, SSL etc., means absolute nothing to me... Might as well talk to me in Alien... However, go onto webchat and operator sorted it without my imput, so why send me emails... I also find - not just UK2 - these days there's becoming more and more reading, and for someone with dyslexia it's becoming more and more difficult to read and understand
