code is not valid (fixed)
to be clear, the support service is GREAT. After all the issues I have faced in these two days, I have finally learned that the order is not an early access order instead it is a normal order. this is the main reason why I gave 3 stars this time, not for the support service but about the product it self, it is confusing and misunderstanding, the miscommunication between me and the support service and the supplier makes it even worst, but I am surprised that the support service team are very patience and they are friendly, because most of these type of problems in malaysia, I may expect an email fight drama between consumer and support service team. but NO, support service team are great! this is VERY RARE in malaysia (my opinion) and I would like to see more of this great service in other places on malaysia, because this is what support service team SHOULD BE and Offgamers should be proud of it. The only problem is the product it self, I don't want to have the same experience in the future so I suggest they should put the order much more clearly, like "this order is not an EARLY ACCESS instead it is a normal order, you will only get cdkey but not early access code". At least consumers will know this product very clear about this.
