No Support, no help, no resolution
So I have been dealing with support for roughly 6 weeks and the only way to get results seems to be posting a bad review?? My all-in-one solar inverter was broken when it arrived, took a bad review to get help and they walked me through trouble shooting then agreed it was broken and send contact my salesman for a refund(see below). I dont have a salesman I bought it directly from their website and support should include sending the refund!!! So I'm posting a bad review again because it is still not fixed. I will continue posting bad reviews every week and start spreading to other review sites until I get a full refund, They need much better support! Than Update: 9/30/2026 After many weeks of trying they have issued a full refund. PowMr did not fight with me through this proccess as much as just not responding for days or weeks if at all. The ONLY reason they did comunicate was I would post a bad review and evven then it usually took several days. PowMr, I think you may have a decent product but the one I got was defective and my experiance after that is so bad I will not buy from you again. You should take time to look at our systems of reports that failed to reply to 3 website request and then took 2 support emails with no final resolution. You have a great website problem reporting form but if nobody replies its worthless. Several bad interections like this will undo 1000s of good transactions so you need to fix these issues.
