I have been one of the lucky ones, I guess. I ordered a shoulder bag the 19th of December. It arrived yesterday the 4th of January to the post office and I got it today. It took 2 weeks, anything to complain about. I got exactly what I ordered, but the bag is not made of genuine soft leather as advertised which is expected given the price I paid for it (34 dollars). Next time I will carefully read reviews about the companies before I buy something through internet, because this time I got nervous after reading all the bad experiences people have had with Pierrebuy. Fortunately it was not the case for me. Marcela, Denmark.
