I do not recommend them. I ordered some items which were delivered (eventually) but 3 items said they were with the courier company but the delivery tracking number did not exist with the couriers or Royal Mail so I could not track. They were due to be delivered in February. I emailed, filled in the stuff on their app. The only replies I got were to fill in their app form - which I did 3 times - and then to submit proof I had talked to the courier company. I replied that I couldn't as their tracking numbers did not exist. The reply? Fill in the app. Hopeless. I have contacted my card company for a refund. Lousy service.
