Order Status "Processing" for 7days - No customer support
Placed order and paid on the 26TH January. My order has had no updates since the 26th. Order status is "processing" Tried emailing 3 separate emails and had no reply yet. I simply just need feedback on what is happening with my order. If it is not in stock just cancel my order and refund me. What is the point of an online store that cannot offer any support
