Shotgun illegal spammers. They send totally irrelevant / inappropriate illegal spam emails out to people on illegally made / maintained quantity not quality email databases, such is their desparation to get buesiness at any cost. Be warned, companies like this will most likely cheat you and sell your details on. Their products / services are likely to be dangerous. AVOID
Received inappropriate (not in market for their type of service) unsolicited illegal spam email from them - suggest people avoid them as obviouly desparate for business to the extent of breaking the law.
Disabled? Rely on supermarket home deliveries? Supermarkets MUST legally prioritize deliveries for disabled customers but Sainsburys do not. I am badly disabled and can not collect groceries, so the Equality Act 2010 applies and you are in breach of it. -- My order #987723882 was NOT delivered, yet you took my money anyway. I demand my damn groceries TODAY or else I will file a civil process against you under the Equality Act 2010 I can NOT go to stores and am reliant on home deliveries I tried to book another slot for the same items but there are none available. I was forced to choose a click and collect in two days time (Order number: #1114692425) BUT that does not help me today and I would have to pay a taxi to collect for me RESOLUTION SOUGHT Deliver my order #987723882 TODAY, as early as possible Have your branch manager come to my home and apologize personally Cancel and refund Order number: #1114692425 Pay compensation for this Else, I will sue you. DO NOT CALL ME - I AM MUTE In disgust UPDATE Sainsbury's claimed the order was delivered until I told them I had CCTV that would prove it was not. Then they admitted it was not delivered> THIEVES AND LIARS - I want compensation and staff suspended pending afull investigation UPDATE I finally got my order which had been left on the delivery van overnight so that all the frozen goods defrosted. I offered to provide footage from my CCTV taht proved they had not attempted delivery. In the end I accept £100 compensation from Sainsbury (I wanted more but am too ill to go to court). I\f you are disabled or help the disabled, I really recommend that you get home deliveries from another supermarket (Tesco DO prioritize disabled customer deliveries - you must advise them though, of course).
They operate in the UK but their manager Peter Bank's email (whom I tried to report apparent fraud at their operation to), bounces, unknown. In the UK, they send out questionable products for other Chinese companies using a fake name (a business name that does not exist). Be warned.
I bought a security pack from htzsafe. It arrived with parts and a sensor missing. htzsafe accused me of lying, that their warehouse had assured them everything was sent; thing is, they don't have a UK warehouse, they are a Chinese company and use a UK mailing fulfillment company. Now, htzsafe responded as above within seconds, which means they are the liars, not least as they could not have got a response that quickly. They said the package should weigh 999g, but the postage label states 700g (of course, this is the declared up to postage rate, not the actual rate). So then they changed their claim, that three complete sensors and receiver weigh, of course, 700g and that proves I am a liar! What about the packaging / box weight? Even though they stated sensor and receiver weights individually, which came to 700g, they forgot to include / factor in the box / packaging weight! So, then, of course they claimed it included the packaging weight! It does not, if you look for the product on Amazon, the system / components weight excluding packaging is stated as 690g; the packaging, even if the declared shipping weight of 700g was accurate (it is not, they are cheating Royal Mail), 10g is not enough for the box and packaging, duh! What I received and am sending back weighs 405g including packaging. htzsafe are terrible; bad attitude, bad service. Bottom line, they refused to send me the missing parts, so I had to go the return for refund legal route. Now, ask yourself this; do you want to do business with a Chinese company that does not honour its UK legal responsibilities and calls their customers (who do not get what they paid for) "liars". Why would I lie? I only wanted the missing sensor and two missing sensor backs / mounts; what could I do without them? I can not mount them and they are hardly weatherproof without the backs. Htzsafe do NOT offer back up in the UK, they will accuse you of lying if there is a problem. Plenty of other better companies to buy from. PS The return label for Htzsafe is for success winner trading ltd; there is no such company registered with companies house and the address they give is an empty warehouse in Tamworth; be warned.
