Reviewing my review from V12 Sports and Classics
I want to review my review from 16/7/26, once I got the vehicle home I found a tyre was substandard, tyre wall cracked and perished therefore weakened and dangerous, I replaced it the next day, their response, it passed an MOT in March! Totally irrelevant, the tyre was dangerous. Secondly, the car was advertised as having a “full service history” I received a typed piece of paper, not headed, no invoices, receipts or documentation to authentic this sheet. Their response? All documents that we had “were provided” totally irrelevant, there was no service history provided. Furthermore hardly any fuel in vehicle and I had to ask for the vehicle to be cleaned, which was done very poorly. Honesty, integrity and customer service should be paramount in any business, and a focus on quality not quantity needs to be applied.
