Lovely products, terrible refund policy
I ordered some clothes for my partner for Christmas. No qualms with the clothing, it's lovely, great designs. However, I would recommend you only order exactly what you need. I sent the products back, and even with the delivery company providing proof of delivery, they have claimed the products were never delivered to them. During the returns process, I was advised by them to not put the product price above $25 dollars so it would not get stuck in customs. Unfortunately, now the package is missing, it means I am down almost £200. Unlike any other company I've delt with, they won't give a refund for lost parcels. Conclusion is, lovely products, try not to need to return anything.
