Good customer service
A bit hit and miss as to the quality of the products. I ordered a dress off them last year and it was a bit smaller than i expected, but other than that i thought it was of decent quality. So this time when i placed an order, i opted for a size larger. No problem with fit this time, however i wasn't impressed with the quality of 2 out of 3 items as the fabric of a jumper i ordered was thinner than i was expecting, however it still looks ok on, so i will still wear it, but a jumper dress that i also bought is very thin material and does not look good on, so i wont be wearing it, but i also won't bother with trying to return it as it was only about £13 anyway. I guess you get what you pay for! The checkered dress i bought though was of decent quality and looks nice on. Edit: since i wrote this review, dresslilly saw it and got in contact with me. They gave me a full refund for the item i was unimpressed with. Since i hadn't even contacted them directly to complain, i believe they have a very good customer service and do strive to make their customers happy. I will buy from them again, as i am now confident that if i do have an issue with an item, it will be sorted out quickly. and the majority of items i have bought from them so far have been of good quality and look nice on.
