Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
I’ve been extremely happy with my experience with Latex Mattress Co. The quality of the mattress is outstanding, and you can tell it’s built to last. I’ve owned latex mattresses before that lasted well over 10 years, and I expect this one will too. My initial configuration felt a little too firm, but the customer service was exceptional. Ferdz was incredibly patient and helpful as we went back and forth discussing the best setup for my body type and sleep position. After swapping one of the layers, the mattress became perfect for me. I’m finally getting deep, restorative sleep, which has made a huge difference in my overall health, energy, and daily performance. I highly recommend Latex Mattress Co. for both quality and customer care.
