trouble brewing
It took a long time to receive the boots I ordered, only to discover they are not even CLOSE to the actual shoe size I ordered-too small. I have spent a cpl of hrs trying to locate a return address or customer service phone contact for taking them back to the shipper PO, and I have been searching searching searching for a return address on and throughout the internet. I have no label, nothing to accompany the package. I have emailed customer service and altho they should be available now via live chat or otherwise, it indicates they are "on break" altho break is long past finished. Now having read the reviews here, Customer reviews do not sound promising and sound much like I should expect a terrible time in this transaction. I am just getting started and would like to be hopeful. It's not rocket science and is in fact a simple transaction. Has ANYONE had any success with returns and where do you ship the returns to???
