⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic customer service from Magic John! I can’t praise the customer service from Magic John highly enough. I had an issue with my order, and Aly from the customer service team was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to look into everything properly and, rather than making me go through the hassle of returning the item, arranged for the correct screen protectors to be sent to me completely free of charge. That is what I call outstanding customer service! Aly was friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to put things right. Mistakes can happen when ordering, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters. Magic John handled the situation perfectly and have definitely left me feeling valued as a customer.
