Simple! Easy! Just like how everything else should be!
The process in entering the DVD title and getting the value was a very simple process (although I wish the values would be a bit higher but that's just me wanting more $$...ha!). Getting the shipping label printed was also extremely easy and I felt that the time from sending the items, to being notified about the process being completed, and receiving the check was perfect. It was extra $$ that was used to pay for a free tank of gas...and I'm not complaining ONE BIT!
