I like to make a formal complaint. My flight is from KLIA2 to KKIA, at 3.25pm 14.8.2023. My 21 kg samsonite brand new bag was listed FRAGILE. It has a nice fragile sticker. When I collected the bag, the lock was damaged, scratches all over, and someone tried to poke the zipper area. Besides, the flight was late 35 minutes, I was told this is common with MyAirline. So I don't recommend anyone taking Myairline unless you have old luggage to check in, or willing to be late for appointment.
