Used for 6 weeks, made no difference, possible cause of more hot flashes . Asked Happy mammoth for advice. AI generated reply, that wasn't helpful. Rubbish customer service, over priced supplements that have not done what they promised. ( I would have been happy with any drop in weight and just one good night's sleep)
