Excellent customer service
I was somewhat skeptical regarding the Express Gold Cash process. I debated whether to use them or go to a local jeweler. After I did some extensive research and knew that it was a legitimate business that had very good ratings and reviews, I decided to use them. I was very pleased with the entire process, from the receiving the appraisal kit to the end payment. The communication and service were excellent. I would not hesitate to use Express Gold Cash again.
