Customer support is non existent
Took 3 months to receive the Bison. Spent over 2 hours searching settings and preloaded apps trying to figure out how to customize PTT button (can only disable it) so I contacted customer support. In the 2 months since, they have closed my ticket 3 times without responding to my question, only to reopen the ticket when I reply to complain. They finally responded with "Hi，you can choose close the smart key." That was their exact wording, that's it... So far the phone has been as expected, no complaints otherwise. However their customer service is highly unprofessional, don't expect any support if you have an issue with their products, and based on other reviews I wouldn't even trust them to honour their warranties.
