Recently bought a Tomtop 6" chainsaw…
On 21/09/2023 I contacted Tomtop re faulty product the reply(s) I got were not what you expect from a reliable and trusted company the first reply wanted me to make a video of the product in showing the faulty part and post said video on Utube sending them the info so they could watch it ? had to decline that offer. The second suggestion when I refused the first was I take the faulty product to local repair shop telling me they would cover part of the cost ? I wrote back saying I wanted a guarantee in writing to this effect ( I will not be doing this any way) and I am supposed to believe and trust them it would cost more than I paid for the item. I don't think I will get any place with this company probably cheaper to dump said item and buy someone else's product so avoid Tomtop.
