Outstanding Product and Customer Service
Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!
