Extremely efficient and responsive service from Nikki
It was a pleasure to deal with Nikki at Odyssey Tours. She responded to all our requests for changes immediately and accomodated all our requests. The only reason that I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that we have not taken the trip yet, so it is still early to give a complete picture of the service. We are very much looking forward to this trip and based on our experience so far, we would definitely recommend Odyssey to our friends.
