it is not good customer service.I ordered stuffs which promised delivery in 4 weeks but after 3 months I still not yet receive.The seller sent bogus tracking number which I could not track. I struggle to send message to seller or DHgate to get refund.1 month ago ,I raised problem and asked to refund but DHgate did not reply.Finally DH Gate refunded but they should did it faster without any hassles. It is too much stressful to shop there.
