They have my loyalty for a reason
I have purchased several alarm systems for various locations over the years from Alarm Grid. They always give good prices on top brands, have quick shipping and are always there to help with questions. The numerous DIY videos they have put together, which are excellent and easy to understand, are what gave me the nerve to put in the first alarm system myself. Only once have I had an issue with a piece of equipment that I bought from them. It had been flawlessly in Service for almost a year, and began to register False power outages. I called Alarm Grid, they worked with me to Determine the cause, decided it was a warranty issue and promptly sent me a replacement unit and offered any follow-up help I needed to get it up and running. In a perfect world, all companies would Take care of their customers in this manner. If you haven’t noticed, it’s not a perfect world, but thankfully, we have Alarm Grid, and that’s a start. I Give them my highest recommendation. NW
