Don't understand why they have so little reviews. One of the best hosting providers I ever encountered. I was looking for a new hosting provider since mine (one of the big guys) more than doubled the price. Someone on the web recommended Hostkoala, saying that they provide a very good service for years. Even though they told me that they don't have 24/7 support, Hostkoala is quick! They were actively responding to me in the chat before the purchase on a SUNDAY. After the purchase resolved a ticket within 16 minutes! On the same Sunday! Tremendous. Moved all websites to them. Everything is to the point. Slim design. Transparent. They are working with uptimerobot to let you know about their over 99% uptime. I think you need to be a bit more advanced with your knowledge. Seeing through some of the negative reviews, I guess most of it comes from a lack of knowledge or something Hostkoala isn't directly responsible for. I feel they are upholding their promise / vision of providing "affordable & reliable hosting for individuals & small business owners. Be it personal sites, blogs, portfolios or business web pages, we aim to provide a reliable platform for those who need online visibility." Yesterday I was a customer. Today I am a fan. Keep up the good work! (I will update this review in case something will change, which I really hope not. Not really in the mood of moving again…)
