I made the mistake of choosing this platform to keep my passwords safe and give me a cross device password solution. Little did I know I'd have to become a Software Engineer to use it. Poorly designed user interactions, even more horrifying is their customer support. At the end of 5 messages I still cannot use it, no one at this company has a clue about business or simplicity.
