Issue was with item, customer service I would give more stars
I recently purchased two items. The sizing was a bit wonky on the item I received, I am a AU/NZ Large to X-Large depending on fit. I purchased a linen style print shirt, lovely, and material feel was good. Label said XXL -but I couldn't even get my arm in, hence the 3 stars. I gave the item away to a friend. The second item was a swimsuit, but it was cancelled by them and my money returned. I give them credit that from purchasing to getting my refund there was communication from them all through the process. I see they have had poor reviews, but they seem to have upped their game. I would purchase again, but maybe from the plus size range and check very carefully the sizing.
