SCAM avoid at all costs.
SCAM avoid at all costs. Advertised Frontier airline tickets for $417.99 Orlando to Atlanta. Paid for tickets and received acknowledgment. The following day, I received an email to call them as there was a problem. Went to a call centre in India, they didn’t have 4 tickets at the price I paid and I would have to paid an extra $480.99 to get on the flight. I asked for a refund to be told they cannot do that. I asked for a manager, who still would not refund my ticket. At this stage, my children we upset and husband tried to reason with the manager. We ended up paying the extra $480 as we were being held over a barrel. Absolute Scam of a company, please never use and spread the word. Disgusting India based company only after money, they need to be shut down- I have reported them to the USA Federal fraud company.
