This "company" isn't acting in good faith. Their promise to provide a good product or "money back guarantee" has found me in the negative of $20.07 to ship back after offering me 10% off to keep it, then 15% off to keep it, then exchange for "soap", all of which I declined. There is no RMA call tag for shipping on their dime and the way they ask you to document the return is extraneous: Please include this in the RMA above in the package, not including this will result in the package being discarded. Please declare the correct number of bottles to be returned to the customer service team, otherwise, the return can be denied during the receiving stage. After you ship your order, please send us the tracking number as well as an image showing that the RMA number was included in the package label. This is important as we cannot process the return without it. Please note that return shipping is covered by the customer. Since Cupids already covered the shipping cost for the original order, the return shipping fee will need to be handled on your end. 3. Please return the item within 30 days of delivery. We must receive the returned package within 90 days of the delivery date Seems like their looking for ways to say "Yeah, we didn't process your return because you missed some minor detail". Buyer beware, Carpe doesn't have these issues and offers 4 sticks with 4 gifts for less than Cupid's offer, I'm imagining with way less returns. Seems like their company has bogus 5 star reviews on here as well. They're just batting a 1000? Really? Bad form, not how you build credibility.
