Had 3 previous cubot phones
Had 3 previous cubot phones. Up until my present one very pleased however. Purchased a P40 in August pleased at first but in December developed a problem with internal speaker. Una blue to hear caller or dial tone unless switching on speaker. Contacted seller Laptops Direct and was told that as the phone was 4 months old I would have to return it to them at my expense for them to investigate the problem. They intimated that the speaker could have come loose or disconnected. Informed them that I needed a phone due to my wife's illness but was told to return it anyway. I consider this poor service and will purchase my next phone from a phone shop to make sure of the warrant
